Terms of Use
You represent that you are at least 16 years of age. Â If you are under 16 years of age, you may not initiate any purchase of products from Hiatus. Â Hiatus reserves the right to lawfully refuse to sell its products to any particular person or entity. Â You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Access to Hiatus complies with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you.

Access to Hiatus allows you to view certain material, including but not limited to software, text, graphics and images (collectively referred to as the “Content”). Hiatus may own the Content, or portions of the Content may be made available to Hiatus through arrangements that Hiatus has with third parties. Hiatus does not guarantee that any Content arising from Access to Hiatus is or will continue to be accurate. The Content is protected by United States and foreign intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may result in violation of copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree you have no rights in or to the Content, and you will not use, copy or display the Content, including but not limited to use of framing or mirrors, except with Hiatus’ prior written consent. You agree you will not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of any of the Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited. If you violate any part of this Agreement, your right to access or use the Content shall automatically terminate and you agree that you shall immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.

Access to Hiatus may include links to third party websites, services or other resources on the Internet, including but not limited to Hiatus’ vendors, social media, and other websites, services or resources (“External Sites”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Hiatus of the content on such External Sites. The content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others. You should contact the site administrator for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or any content located on such External Sites. Hiatus is not responsible for the content of any linked External Sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of any materials on such External Sites. You should take precautions when downloading files from all websites to protect your computer from malware, viruses and other destructive programs. If you decide to access any External Sites, you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Hiatus shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any External Sites.
Ordering Policy
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”). It is important that you retain this information for use when communicating with Hiatus regarding your order.

Hiatus strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products on its e-commerce platform. Hiatus cannot, however, insure against pricing errors. Hiatus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted as a result of an error. If this occurs, Hiatus will notify you by email. Hiatus’ e-commerce platform may also contain information regarding the availability of products. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place the order, and sold out by the time Hiatus attempts to process the order. Should this happen, Hiatus will notify you by email and cancel the item from your order. Hiatus also may offer some products for sale before they have been manufactured or arrive at Hiatus. When you preorder these Products, Hiatus will ship them out once they are available. In rare cases, these items may not become available for shipping. Should this happen, Hiatus will notify you by email and cancel the item from your order.

Hiatus sells products and services only within the Continental United States. Hiatus will not sell products to any party outside of that geographic boundary, nor ship any products to any location outside of that geographic boundary.

All orders of Hiatus products must be for your personal use only. By purchasing Hiatus products, you hereby agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. All orders are subject to Hiatus’ acceptance or rejection based on product availability, noncompliance with this Agreement, or any other reason as determined in Hiatus’ sole discretion. For instance, if Hiatus has reason to believe that an order is not for personal use, Hiatus reserves the right to reject or cancel such order.
Payment Policy
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information at the time you order any product from Hiatus.

Hiatus has contracted with a third-party payment processor to facilitate purchases made via Hiatus’ e-commerce platform. When you make a purchase, you will provide your payment details and any additional information required to complete your order directly to our third-party payment processor. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by our payment processor and your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. For your protection, our payment processor uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry-standard verification systems to reduce fraud and you authorize it to verify and authenticate your payment information. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. Hiatus is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

Unless otherwise specified, product prices quoted are exclusive of: (a) the costs of shipping to the agreed place of delivery; and (b) sales or use tax that, where applicable, must be added to the price payable. You agree to pay for shipping and all taxes applicable to your purchase of the products.
Shipping Policy
Hiatus offers flat rate shipping of $8.95 on all orders, and free shipping for any orders of more than $175.00, within the Continental United States. Shipping delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information at the time you order any product from Hiatus. Unless made infeasible by then-existing circumstances, your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order.

The product(s) that you order will be at your risk from the time you receive the product(s). Ownership of the product(s) ordered will also pass to you upon your receipt of the product(s), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make Hiatus aware of the problem. If you believe a product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform Hiatus as soon as possible by contacting 210-202-3355 or shop@hiatusspa.com.
Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our guests happy. We stand behind our products and want our guests to be satisfied with them. We ask that all returns or exchanges be presented within 30 days from date of purchase. We apply refunds only to the tender with which returned items were purchased. From time to time we may not accept a return.

How do I exchange an item?
If you have received a product that is damaged or defective, we will happily exchange it for a replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt helps us locate your purchase, but if you don't have your receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If you fail to provide your contact information at the time of purchase, and your transaction is processed as a walk-in guest, the items purchased will be considered FINAL SALE.

Can I return a Hiatus Gift Card?
Hiatus Gift Cards and packages are non-refundable. Promotional Package pricing is valid for 90 days.
