To schedule an appointment at hiatus® spa + retreat, please call the spa at 214.352.4111. h-circle members may book online 24 hours a day.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This time allows for a stress-free check-in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax in the spa. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival. To accommodate every guest at hiatus®, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals.
Please note: We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, and a credit card number is requested to hold your reservation. Group appointments of 3 or more people require cancellation 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Tips on Gratuity: Many of our h-circle members and guests have asked for guidance in regards to gratuity. If you are pleased with your service, a customary 15-20% gratuity, based on pre-discounted, non-member pricing is suggested.
Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule waxing appointments if the service may pose a threat to existing skin conditions.
